I used Julie to purchase a lot to build on. Even though it was a smaller transaction Julie was completely on her A game, and by far the most helpful and responsive agent I have ever had. She arranged for all the due diligence items to be completed, and had great contacts that saved me thousands in completing these crucial tasks. She has great foresight and is highly proactive. As an example, a large tract of land behind our lot went up for sale and was sold while we were in escrow. Julie reached out to the listing agent, discussed with the agent the new owners plans for the property, then reached out to the county about some changes related to the property that could have potentially effected us. And the kicker, she did this all without being requested by me, and I did not even know the lot had come up or sold before she brought me all this information. She was truly looking out for my best interest. I will 100% use her for all future real estate transactions and will unequivocally recommend her to my friends and family.
